Job Description

Join Napoleon as a Hearth Technical Consultant, where you’ll deliver world-class customer support and technical guidance. Manage inquiries across various channels to ensure a seamless client experience.

As part of the team, you will work closely with customers, assisting with troubleshooting and facilitating parts orders. Your responsibilities will encompass documenting vital information in CRM while providing recommendations to enhance product support and quality.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle first-level technical inquiries effectively • Troubleshoot customer and installer issues • Maintain case documentation within CRM systems • Report updates needed for replacement part manuals • Share and accumulate product knowledge with team members
