What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform all duties in compliance with appropriate safety and security standards to reduce risk to employees and damage to property.
• Operate various sizes and weights of equipment, such as excavator (35-95 tons), dozer (D8+), grader (Cat 14, JD870), haul truck (30 tons and 45 tons articulated haul truck) and front end loader.
• Clean equipment, perform routine inspections, provide preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, and report defects to management.
• Assist the plant operator to ensure plant productivity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred but not required, training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations.
