Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hebrew speaking Customer Support Specialist located in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include providing customer support, addressing customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and improve customer experience.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Fluency in English and Hebrew (additional language skills are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Communication, or related field) is preferred
