Job Description

Job :
  • Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, network).

  • Diagnose and quickly resolve IT incidents.

  • Ensure follow-up and traceability of tickets using the management system.

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

  • Participate in documentation and user training.



  • Required profile :
  • A Bac+2/3 degree in IT or equivalent.

  • Good knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and office tools.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly.

  • Service-oriented, patient, and a team player.

  • Knowledge of networks and IT security is a plus.
