Job Description
We're currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to join a growing IT support team serving multiple locations throughout the Edmonton region and Markham region (2 roles available). This is a hands‑on role supporting end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to be successful.
One role is based in St. Albert and the other opening is based in Markham, ON, with occasional travel to other local sites required. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide first‑level and second‑level technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Support Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 environments
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and groups within Active Directory
