PrimaryPurposeofPosition

  • Actingastheteam’sOfficer-in-ChargeintheabsenceoftheSeniorAnalystandHelpdeskTeamLead.

  • ProvidequalityfrontlineapplicationsupporttotheSJgroupbusinessforextendedoperatinghours.

  • Relievetheworkloadofcorporateresourcesandimprovetheircapabilitiestodeliverbetterresults to the business

  • KeyResponsibilities

    (UndertheleadershipoftheHelpdeskTeamLead,thefollowingareexpectedintherole)

  • AssistincoachingandmentoringAssociateHelpDeskAnalyststoachieveteamandindividual performance standards and metrics.

  • Respondtotelephonecalls,personalrequestsandemailsrequestinghelprelatingtoaccesstoSJgroup.

  • Respondtotelephonecalls,personalrequestsandemailrequestinghelpwiththeuseofSJGroupEnterprise andthe Portal.

  • Identifycriticalsystemandnetworkissues,escalateandliaisetotheSeniorHelpdeskAnalyst, Helpdesk Services Manager or second level technical support untilresolution.
