A prestigious Financial Services provider is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join their friendly team on an initial six month contract (with good potential to convert to permanent).

Working in a small, close-knit team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing level one and two support for internal users in their Sydney head office. Key tasks and duties will include support, troubleshooting and configuring of laptops / desktops running Microsoft Windows or Mcintosh / Mac along with support of MS Teams.

This role will require the successful candidate to work at their walk-up IT Solution Bar two days per week, responding to and supporting a range of IT issues. As such it will require candidates with strong communication skills, coupled with excellent customer service skills and an outgoing personality.

To be successful in this role you will need:
