Helpdesk Associate - Part Time (AM)

We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Associate - Part Time to join our team in Guadalajara (On-site).

  • Preferred Schedule: 7:30 AM (ON-SITE)
  • Availability: 22.5 hours per week
  • Shift Preference: Morning shifts
  • English Level: Advanced
  • Environment: IT Settings
  • Experience: 6 months in Customer Service
Activities :
  • General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
  • Answer technical support calls, providing and escalating to other support groups
  • Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of customer incidents and requests
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
