Helpdesk Associate - Part Time (AM)
We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Associate - Part Time to join our team in Guadalajara (On-site).
- Preferred Schedule: 7:30 AM (ON-SITE)
- Availability: 22.5 hours per week
- Shift Preference: Morning shifts
- English Level: Advanced
- Environment: IT Settings
- Experience: 6 months in Customer Service
- General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
- Answer technical support calls, providing and escalating to other support groups
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of customer incidents and requests
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
- Competitive salary up to $7,XXX per month
- Grocery Tickets – 12% of base salary
