Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Tour Guide License
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 5 passes
- Experience in museums, heritage attractions, places of interest or related homeland security industries preferred
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented personality
- Conduct engaging guided tours for local and overseas visitors
- Present historical information accurately and professionally
- Facilitate interactive exhibits and visitor activities
- Ensure visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience
- Encourage visitor participation and feedback
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to operational procedures
