Job Description

About the Role

  • You will be based at our Lufton Depot - 7 Artillery Road, Lufton, Yeovil Somerset BA22 8RP
  • You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 06:15 - 14:45
  • You will be earning a salary of £34,646.84
  • You’ll be required to work Easter Bank Holidays. For all other bank holidays, you’ll work the following Saturday to catch up.

    • Overtime rates:

  • 1.5x pay Monday – Friday (after 40 hours)
  • 1.5 pay on Saturday
  • 2x pay on Bank Holidays, plus a day in lieu


    • What will I be doing?

  • Delivering a reliable, high-quality service to residents
  • Always working to strict health & safety standards
  • You’ll primarily operate RCVs (Refuse Collection Vehicles) + Recycling Vehicles as required giving you variety in your day-to-day work.
