HGV Workshop Supervisor

Careermakers Recruitment are currently recruiting for a qualified HGV Workshop Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Astley . This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation on a full-time, permanent basis.

Salary

£40,000 £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 4050 hours per week (to be confirmed at interview)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop
• Supervise staff, including rotas, performance, and attendance
• Carry out hands‑on repairs and maintenance as required
• Ensure all work is completed correctly and within deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and good housekeeping
• Communicate effectively with the Transport Manager
