Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support as a HIC Agent Tuesday to Friday
- Assist with customer enquiries relating to parcels and logistics services
- Support reception when required during weekdays
- Manage reception duties on Saturdays as the primary point of contact
- Handling parcels, including lifting and moving items safely
- Complete general administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment
Working Hours
- Tuesday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
