HIL Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HIL Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems for embedded control units. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HIL system development, hardware schematics interpretation/design, and hands-on expertise with dSPACE platforms. This role requires close collaboration with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to ensure robust validation of control algorithms and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems for ECU validation.
• Configure and integrate HIL systems using dSPACE platforms such as dSPACE SCALEXIO and dSPACE MicroLabBox.
• Develop plant models using MATLAB/Simulink for real-time simulation.
• Analyze and interpret hardware schematics to support signal conditioning, I/O interfacing, and fault insertion strategies.
