We're looking for a Hire Desk Manager to lead and develop a team of Hire Controllers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, exceptional customer service, and strong commercial performance. You'll play a key role in meeting budgeted targets, improving efficiency, and monitoring KPIs to drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Provide strong leadership to Managers and direct employees, ensuring all aspects of performance and processes align with budgeted targets and expectations.
