Hire to Exit (H2E) / Payroll Lead – SAP HCM, Time & Payroll
Location: Singapore (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: Up to SGD $19,000/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Eligibility: Singapore Citizens only (project requirement)
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Hire to Exit (H2E) / Payroll Lead to lead the migration of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management from ECC to S/4HANA while driving payroll transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll and time management design, SuccessFactors integration, statutory payroll compliance, and leading cross-functional teams through implementation, migration, testing, and go-live activities.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, SuccessFactors Employee Central integration, and Singapore payroll regulations .
