We are Hiring DMPK Scientist!
Experience : 2-8 years
Qualification : M Pharm/Ph D
Expertise into :
In Vivo PK , Phoenix Win Nonlin, client communication, QC in ADME and PK
Modeling and simulation: PK-PD, PB-PK, Gastroplus, Simcyp, PK-SIM, R etc.
Transporters and hepatocytes research: uptake and inhibition assays, stably transfected cell lines,
Physicochemical properties: Solubility, Log D, PPB etc
Metabolism: Microsomes, Hepatocytes stability, CYP inhibition
Cell culture: permeability- MDCK, caco2 etc.
IND-enabling studies
In Vitro ADME/PK sciences and holistic DMPK experience to drive Integrated drug discovery programs. ( Preferably 8-14 years)
