We are Hiring DMPK Scientist!
Experience : 2-8 years
Qualification : M Pharm/PhD
Expertise into :
- In Vivo PK , Phoenix WinNonlin, client communication, QC in ADME and PK
- Modeling and simulation: PK-PD, PB-PK, Gastroplus, Simcyp, PK-SIM, R etc.
- Transporters and hepatocytes research: uptake and inhibition assays, stably transfected cell lines,
- Physicochemical properties: Solubility, LogD, PPB etc
- Metabolism: Microsomes, Hepatocytes stability, CYP inhibition
- Cell culture: permeability- MDCK, caco2 etc.
- IND-enabling studies
- In Vitro ADME/PK sciences and holistic DMPK experience to drive Integrated drug discovery programs. ( Preferably 8-14 years)
