Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirement plans.
- Monitor progress with respect to timeline, cost, and quality parameters.
- Supervise and coordinate all on‑site construction works.
- Interpret drawings and resolve technical issues at site.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health Safety & Environment) norms.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
- Ensure project compliance with contractual scope and changes.
- Assist in dispute/claim resolution while safeguarding company interests.
- Track project costs, financial performance, and cash flow.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities.
- Lead supervisory and engineering teams ensuring timely task completion.
