Role Summary: The Stock Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a 100% accurate, real-time database of all available and sold inventory across various residential and commercial projects. You will act as the bridge between the Construction/Operations team and the Sales team to ensure that what is being sold is actually available and meets the client's specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Maintain a detailed Stock Register (digital and physical) for all units, including Plots, Kothis, Villas, and Flats.Availability Tracking: Update the Live Inventory daily.
