Job Description

Role Summary: The Stock Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a 100% accurate, real-time database of all available and sold inventory across various residential and commercial projects. You will act as the bridge between the Construction/Operations team and the Sales team to ensure that what is being sold is actually available and meets the client's specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Maintain a detailed Stock Register (digital and physical) for all units, including Plots, Kothis, Villas, and Flats.Availability Tracking: Update the Live Inventory daily. Track which units are Available, Blocked (on hold), Booked, or Sold.Unit Specifications: Maintain precise data for each unit, including:Plots: Dimensions, facing (North/East, etc.), park-facing status, and corner vs. non-corner.Villas/Flats: Floor number, BHK type, square footage, construction status, and possession timelines.Sales Coordination: Provide the Sales team with Fresh Stock lists every morning.
