Position Title Hiring Manager and HR Analyst
FLSA Exempt
Primary Responsibilities
The Hiring Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the University’s hiring process, including supporting supervisors in the creation of new positions, recruitment, and all other aspects of the hiring process through the hiring of the selected candidate. This aspect of the position will report directly to the University’s Vice President and General Counsel.
Additionally, the Human Resources department is seeking a strong Analyst to provide administrative, analytical, and technical skills in a key role responsible for both data, electronic communications, and employment/hiring processes. In collaboration with the Directors for Human Resources, this aspect of the role will also focus on leading HRIS and website enhancements and maintenance, reporting and analytics, compliance, and streamlining processes all with top le...
