Journeyman Or Master

The selected individual will perform construction or house calls.

(we have had both come in and learn the other side within a couple months training)

Responsibilities: What EZ Repair Does

• Residential and Commercial Plumbing
• May be a commercial kitchen one week and a mansion the next

Benefits:

• 2 separate tracks provided for plumbers:
• 1) Work as fully independent contractor on percentage based pay per job reconciling every week
• • This is more for individuals who are veterans of the field and would like to make 150k-200k a year without running a business.
• 2) Work as a W-2, benefits provided
• • More structure, and less over all pay but standard employee and steady pay provided
