The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, managing team productivity, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets (KPIs: ATV, Conversion, UPT)
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to enhance productivity and customer engagement
- Ensure excellent customer service
