Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received from distributors across multiple channels, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided.
- Process customers' policy change requests within agreed turnaround times, while maintaining full compliance with the company's requirements and all relevant regulatory standards.
- Review and manage legal documents for policies assigned to banks as collaterals and assignments to trust institutions and entities.
- Prepare and issue CSV month end statements requested by distributors and banks.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect process changes and ensure service consistency.
- Deliver other adhoc tasks or projects assigned by the manager.
- Diploma holder in business or a related field.
