Home Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for leading a team of individual contributors to define the IPH / CISS PA, MEMs and FCI product requirements that align with the customers’ needs and to meet business goals. The role manages multiple projects, qualifications, quality issues by applying advanced subject matter knowledge and ensures resource allocation, schedules and costs align with goals and organizational roadmaps. The role builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, drives product, process and material improvement initiatives, quality issues and champion operational excellence in product quality and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors, designing engineering tests, solutions and coordinating projects for the manufacturing of IPH/CISS products, Printhead and Pen assemblies.
