Hostess (Seasonal)
This position is responsible in ensuring a high quality of service in greeting and assisting our guests. Be familiar with the Restaurant menus and be able to upsell.
- Welcome guests to the venue and consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Greet guests upon their departure.
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists to assist guests regarding all food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Manage reservations.
- Have full knowledge of food and beverages list and promotions.
- Escort the guest to dining or bar areas.
- Provide menus and announce the waiter /waitress’s name following outlets policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the team bout available seating options.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when communicating with guests.
