Hotel Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Hotel Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis, market research, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze hotel performance indicators including occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR, and revenue trends
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports
- Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve profitability and guest satisfaction
- Support revenue management and pricing strategies
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for hotel projects
- Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams
- Maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting systems
