Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and advisory support to the Director of Housekeeping to assist in meeting strategic goals of the department.
  • Supervise and oversee day‑to‑day housekeeping operations, including inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Coach, train and improve department staff performance through inspections, corrections of standards and direction.
  • Ensure hotel and housekeeping regulations and procedures are followed by all associates.
  • Attend and assist in conducting housekeeping communication meetings.
  • Investigate complaints, take corrective actions and follow through.
  • Conduct daily physical inspections of guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets and offices to ensure standards of cleanliness.
  • Recommend rooms required to be placed out of order, coordinating with Engineering, Front Office and Butlers.
