Job Description

Lead all aspects of the pre-opening phase including team recruitment, systems installation, brand implementation, and operational readiness.

Inspire, mentor, and grow a best-in-class hospitality team.

Oversee all operational departments: rooms, food & beverage, events, guest services, and property maintenance.

Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences that drive loyalty and reputation.

Manage budgets, forecasting, and full P&L accountability to achieve financial goals.

Build strong vendor and community partnerships to support hotel growth.

Collaborate with ownership and marketing teams to position the hotel successfully in a competitive Toronto market.

Foster a culture of creativity, inclusion, and service excellence.

Requirements

A seasoned hospitality leader with 5+ years in executive-level hotel management (GM/AGM level) at luxury or upscale full-service properties.
