What you’ll do…

  • Support the General Manager in the successful opening of SO/Budapest, ensuring operational readiness across all departments.
  • Drive the day-to-day operational performance of the property, delivering agreed commercial targets and supporting the GM in achieving overall financial objectives.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently executed across all guest touchpoints, bringing the brand to life in the local market and neighbourhood through exceptional operational delivery.
  • Lead the operational teams by example to create outstanding guest experiences that exceed expectations and strengthen the hotel’s reputation.
  • Champion team engagement and development across operational departments, fostering a supportive environment where people feel valued, empowered and able to grow.
