Up to £50,000 + Quarterly Bonus
We are proud to be partnering with this operation, one of Cornwall’s most iconic 4-star coastal destinations, to recruit a Guest Relations–driven Operations Manager.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of this dynamic resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence across all departments.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-quality hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint.
