Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise front office, housekeeping, and daily operations
  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
  • Monitor staff performance and schedules
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage teams
  • Good knowledge of hotel procedures and customer service
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
