Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcome guests as they arrive and make sure they have the best possible check-in
  • Make sure our guests are happy - attend to any questions or concerns raised by guests
  • Liaise between Guest Experience, Property Managers, Operations, Concierges and most importantly, guests
  • Answering emails, messages and phone calls
  • Creating bookings and taking payments
  • Problem-solving with your Team on a daily basis
