We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Hotel Reservations Account to assist guests with booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations. You will provide accurate information and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for travelers.



Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

• Provide accurate information on hotel availability, pricing, and amenities

• Assist customers with making, modifying, or canceling reservations

• Resolve questions or concerns efficiently and professionally

• Document all interactions and booking details in the system

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

• Maintain service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
