Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound hotel reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Assist customers with booking, cancellations, modifications, and special requests

Provide accurate information on hotel policies, rates, and promotions

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system

Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
