- Minimum CGPA of 3.2 or equivalent
- Active involvement in extra‑curricular activities at university
- Great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong drive and desire to build a solid foundation for future career success
- Priority given to students in the penultimate year of studies
