We are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the performance of housekeeping staff and take corrective actions when necessary.
2. Ensure all housekeeping duties are carried out according to established procedures.
3. Maintain adequate stock of supplies for housekeeping activities.
4. Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety standards.
5. Establish cleaning schedules for staff.
6. Monitor the quality of housekeeping services.
7. Oversee the ordering, receiving, and inventory of cleaning supplies.
8. Train new staff on policies, safety protocols, and processes.
9. Respond promptly to customer complaints.
