Job Description
- Directly supervise and coordinate the work activities of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed to specification and on schedule
- Oversee in-house services such as laundry, maintenance, dry cleaning, and valet support as needed
- Inspect work performed and facilities to guarantee adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Select and recommend appropriate cleaning materials for various surfaces and textiles
- Advise managers and administrative staff regarding room readiness and occupancy status
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to team members
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create schedules, track performance metrics, and deliver team briefings or reports
