Scope of Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, aesthetics, and overall presentation of the apartments, common areas, linen rooms, and uniforms. The role oversees the housekeeping team, equipment, linen, and consumables, ensuring smooth daily operations and an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across apartments and public areas
Prepare team schedules and allocate tasks to housekeepers
Conduct final room inspections before guest arrivals
