- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
- Provides a courteous and professional service at all times
- Monitors and performs the daily rotation of Housekeeping stock
- Performs routine cleaning tasks throughout the hotel
- Delivers guest laundry promptly following Park Hyatt Sydney standards
- Assists with moving furniture for special room setups
Qualifications
- 1 year experience as houseman/room attendant in a 5 star hotel
- Manual handling ability
