Housing Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a Local Authority Client in West Yorkshire.

In this role you will deliver a customer-focused housing management service, supporting tenants and communities through effective tenancy management, income collection, and partnership working.

Duties:

• Deliver effective tenancy management, including lettings, voids, and income collection in line with legislation and policy.
• Support tenants to sustain their tenancies through early intervention, advice, and problem-solving approaches.
• Work in partnership with internal teams, external agencies, and residents to improve outcomes and community wellbeing.
• Monitor performance and produce clear, accurate communications and records to support service improvement and compliance.
