Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to HR and Administrative department.
  • Performing office clerical and administrative tasks, such as filling, answering phones, assisting in catering for the company events.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation.
  • Updating HR databases in a timely manner (e.g. leave, company car/HP).
  • Managing the cleaners and security guard.
  • Assist in food catering for company events / training.
  • Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required.
  • Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Admin / HR or equivalent.
  • Required languages (written and spoken): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in related field or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Open for SPM level with 2 - 3 years of experience in clerical or office administration...
