Job Description
The HR Admin is responsible for supporting the administrative and human resource functions of the assigned area or region. This includes maintaining employee records, handling recruitment documentation, updating HRIS, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government-mandated requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee 201 files, HRIS records, and internal documentation.
- Assist in the recruitment process, screening applicants, and briefing newly hired staff.
- Issue employment documents, IDs, quitclaims, and respond to employee HR inquiries.
- Coordinate with Accounting for payroll account setup and government benefits posting.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all admin and HR-related reports and requirements.
