Role Overview

The HR & Admin Executive runs the day-to-day people-operations, office and administrative functions for Hey Co Group’s multi-brand F&B portfolio, across all entities and outlets. This is a hands‑on, coordination‑focused role: keeping HR running smoothly, processing payroll for Finance Manager approval, coordinating recruitment with outlet managers, and working alongside an appointed work-pass agent who handles statutory work-pass expertise. The role reports to the Director, who owns HR strategy and senior decisions.

Key Responsibilities Payroll
  • Run monthly payroll across all entities — process timesheets, leave, claims and overtime (StaffAny), compute CPF, SDL and levies, and prepare IR8A / IRAS submissions — and submit to the Finance Manager for review and approval before release.
