Role Purpose

Support the delivery of talent and leadership development initiatives within Group People Development, including programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and selected data and innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities 1. Talent & Leadership Development
  • Support execution of early talent, capability development, and leadership programmes
  • Assist in planning and coordination of activities (e.g. mentoring, workshops, site visits)
  • Provide administrative and logistical support
