The HR & Admin Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring efficient support for both office and plant operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining effective HR systems, employee engagement, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding

Manage timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee records accuracy and compliance

Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance

Handle employee engagement programs and workplace culture initiatives

Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions when necessary

Support both office and plant operations in daily HR and administrative needs
