RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIESThe HR & Admin Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administration functions for the Company. The role shall support Management in manpower planning, employee relations, office administration, regulatory compliance, and operational coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Recruitment, Talent Development & Employee Management- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding of employees.
