Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support and administrate recruitment and selection process
  • Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Manage employee P-File;
  • Proper filing, maintain and update employee records (including workers housing address in MOM portal)
  • Support payroll processes and leave administration
  • Administrate work pass application
  • Verification of claims
  • Supporting in other assigned administrative duties
Requirement
  • GCE O level with relevant experience or Diploma in Business or HR Management
  • Proficient in Ms Office
  • Able to work on 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
