Job Description
HR Admin Support requires:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office – Dallas High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience
- Experience with general I-9 information and completion
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., E-Verify, Equifax)
Duties:
- Process and track new hire (preboarding) activities
- Assist with I-9 documentation collection and entry in the system
- Review records for completeness and accuracy
- Respond to basic employee and manager questions (via email)
