【岗位名称】人事行政专员 HR & Administration Executive(Chinese-speaking)

【岗位职责】

1.招聘与配置: 根据公司人员需求计划,负责各岗位的简历筛选、面试邀约、初试安排及录用跟进;维护并拓展招聘渠道。

2.员工关系: 办理员工入、转、调、离等手续,负责人事档案的建立、更新与保管;签订及续签劳动合同。

3.考勤与绩效: 统计月度考勤数据,核对请假、加班等信息;协助组织开展员工绩效考核,收集并整理考核结果。

4.培训与活动: 协助组织新员工入职培训及公司内部培训;策划并执行公司团建、年会、生日会等员工活动。

5.公文、印章管理:负责行政公文的及时处理,负责公司的印章管理工作,并按制度要求正常使用相关印章。

6.会务与接待:负责组织公司级会议的组织,公司级的接待工作,对接票务及酒店的预订等。

7.行政采购及物业后勤管理:负责公司办公用品、办公耗材、固定资产等申购。负责员工宿舍、食堂、绿化、用车、物业管理工作。
