- Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations. This includes recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide HR support to all levels of the organization. This includes answering employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. This includes personnel files, employee databases, and other HR-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
